Pricing Announced For All-New 2012 Nissan Versa

The Nissan Versa has always been a tremendous value, and ccording to Cars Winnipeg, the latest model is no different. The second-generation 2012 Nissan Versa will feature the lowest MSRP in America at $10,990.

Despite its low base price, the Nissan Versa is by no means a stripped-down entry-level vehicle. Nissan Washington DC said Nissan has filled this model quality content, including standard air conditioning, 6-way adjustable driver’s seat, AM/FM/CD/Aux-in audio system and an advanced 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine with dual injector system and twin Continuously Variable Timing Control (CVTC). And with a continuously variable automatic transmission, the latest Versa gets a combined fuel economy rating of 33 miles per gallon.

Efficiency was one of the primary concerns for the new Versa. The latest model weighs about 150 pounds less and utilizes 20 percent fewer platform components than before. Additionally, the Versa’s advanced 109 horsepower four-cylinder engine includes a range of cutting-edge technologies that help it deliver responsive performance, high MPG and lower CO2 emissions.

The Versa’s fresh sheet metal offers a refreshing design character that is both sophisticated and highly aerodynamic.  Inside, the sophisticated styling theme continues with an open, airy, high-quality look and feel.
